Although I am not a professional poet by any means, I enjoy writing poems occassionaly, often as a form of self-relfection and contemplation.  I think of “abstract poetry” as a recurring aspect in my poems, in that I like to leave specific meanings and/or interpretations up to the reader.  As a composer, much of my poetry has been influenced or inspired by a specific piece of music in mind.
